PERKESO's official FAQ confirms contract and part-time (sambilan) workers are eligible to be contributed for under LINDUNG 24 Jam if they opt to join. Self-employed people are the exception: they are not covered here and must register separately under the Self-Employment Social Security Scheme (Act 789). Eligibility follows Act 4 employee status, not the type of contract.
