Short answer: Overseas accidents, illnesses (fever, diabetes, heart conditions), work accidents, self-inflicted injury, intoxication-related and criminal-act incidents, fraud.

Also excluded: accidents during unpaid-leave months with no contribution (limited exceptions), accidents before 1 June 2026, and accidents after 15 July 2026 where you have no contribution record. The same accident can't be claimed under both the Employment Injury Scheme and LINDUNG 24 Jam, one scheme per accident.
